Nice looking cover up for scratches

Here's a BEFORE and AFTER on my 2015 F-Type R Coupe ... full double-sided tape on the back ... perfect fit and installed in minutes. Cup holder still opens/closes without issue. Very happy!!

The center console carbon fiber is an exact match to other internal pieces ordered. Many of the carbon fiber addition were needed to cover OEM internal plastic pieces that were deteriorating due to sun, temperature, or chemical cleansers used to remove dust and other substances.

Easy to install and covered all of the scratches. Car looks new again !

Why Jaguar decided to have a thin, easily damaged rubberized coating on these pieces on the center console I’ll never know. I’ve been keeping my cupholder lid in the open position forever because the scratches on there are ugly, so covering up those pieces with these is a fairly good fix.As far as I can tell it’s real carbon fiber, but I wish the flexible clear layer were thinner, as the button for the cupholder cover is now flush instead of raised like it originally is. Plus, the overall thickness and rounded off edges make it clear this is stuck on and not a factory finish. Still better than the scratches, though.That said, I really don’t think these should be nearly as expensive as they are considering they are ultimately just domed stickers with a couple dollars worth of CF twill fabric instead of a regular decal layer underneath the flex resin.
