Subject: Poor Service and Installation Issue with Recently Purchased ACDear Amazon Customer Support,I purchased an air O General conditioner from Amazon one month ago. However, no technician came for the installation, and when I contacted the brand/service team, I was told that installation support is only provided for ACs purchased through offline stores, not online. Due to this, I had to arrange installation on my own.Now that the AC is running, I am also facing issues with its performance and overall quality. I am highly disappointed with the lack of proper installation support and the poor after-sales service. This has affected my trust in purchasing large appliances from Amazon.I request you to please look into this matter and assist me with a proper resolution—whether it’s arranging a technician for inspection, offering compensation, or helping with further steps regarding product support.Looking forward to a prompt response

Horrible product and horrible service
The product is unusually noisy when the compressor starts and all the technicians have pointed out that there is some manufacturing defect. Trying to return the same but the pickup guy canceled the pickup without even asking.
