How long should it be chewed ?

I bought these a couple years ago but I remember being able to chew for a long time until my jaw hurt. Just dont leave the box in your purse they will ruin whatever the fall into lol

Anybody know how to get them all unstuck from each other? I got it and they came all stuck together
