product is really good for horses hoves and keeping the condition

I was advised by a friend to buy this for my pony whose hoofs were very dry and splitting/cracking. have used it now for about 3 weeks and there is definitely an improvement.(I was using just ordinary hoof oil) I am going to buy some more.

The tin arrived all dented

Works well for my horse who has awful feet, will change to the daily moisturiser in a few weeks with the dry ground when more moisture is needed but good solid growth (also has a hoof supplement!).

As you would expect from a specialist item

Used it for years never lets you down

Really good stuff, works well butnis really thick to put on. I'm just using it on my mares coronet band as I would use a whole tin to do all four of her giant feet.

Good quality

This is an excellent product that has stood the test of time. It moisturizes hooves and hinders bacterial/fungal growth. For added benefits, also buy the cornucrescine salve to pack hoof cracks and stop them from progressing. I love the clove-like smell of this stuff compared with other hoof salves.

Leider gibt es keine Angabe über die Inhaltsstoffe und der Hersteller war nicht bereit, mir darüber Auskunft zu geben.Ich verwende es 1x wöchentlich und die Hufqualität verbessert sich.Was mir gar nicht gefällt ist die Honig-artige Konsistenz. Es ist schwierig die Substanz mit dem Pinsel aus dem Behälter zu bekommen, ohne die Hände voll zu schmieren. Besonders wenn der Behälter schon zur Hälfte verbraucht ist.Ich arbeite nur mit Handschuhen und habe die 2.Hälfte der Substanz mit einem Löffel umgefüllt.Ich weiß nicht ob ich es mir noch einmal kaufe. Der Preis ist ist schon sehr hoch. Ein Produkt mit Lorbeeröl erscheint mir ebenfalls sehr gut und leichter aufzutragen.

First of all, this seems like a decent product from the ingredients list. The consistency is think enough to stay put but thin enough that it coats well. I only use it on the coronary band and heel. It has a strong but not unpleasant smell. My horse inspected his front feet thoroughly after application and for a moment I was worried he might try licking the dressing off. Thankfully it didn't appeal.I gave it three stars because I hate the container. Mine did not come with the easy to grab red handle in the photo. It just has a thin black screw cap on the end if the brush. It's hard to manipulate and hard to hang into. Once you drop it you either have to gunk up the entire bottle by putting the cap back on or completely wash and dry the brush. I'm not happy I didn't recieve the item as pictured.

The hoof dressing is a really strange consistency. Really sticky and hard to brush on. I am not sure if I got a bum batch, or if that is what it is supposed to be like.
