First world problem; I have to work too hard to roll out pie dough, Waaahhh!
This does a great job of keeping the pie dough from sticking to the counter. Just use a bit of flour on the mat to keep it from sticking to the mat. Then the dough and mat can be picked up and flipped over onto the pie pan. Easy!Dare I say it? yes, I dare: Easy As Pie!

Glad I bought this
Larger size is what I needed and THIS is exactly that. Perfect baking dimension and doesn’t move when you knead. Cleans easily and don’t think you’ll be disappointed. It kind of blends in with my counter top too.

Does its job like it’s supposed to. Good price.
It’s silicon. It’s a sheet. Bread dough doesn’t stick. Super easy to rinse off/clean. What more do you need? My only gripe is that I sometimes see a few stray pet hairs in it that likely come from my own clothing when I’m using it. Not the sheets fault.
