I really like this product. I work in a fast-paced environment and typically bring my lunch to work. I enjoy having salad for lunch but was often disappointed when I opened my container and saw that the leaves of lettuce looked brown on the edges. It definitely was not an appetizing look. I have not had that issue since getting this knife. I guess the stainless steel was oxidizing the lettuce shortly after I cut it, but I'm not having that problem now! I have started making my salads at night before work, and still have not had the lettuce turn brown! I love the protective sheath on the knife, and I really like the comfortable grip on the handle and how sharp the knife is!

I’ve only had this a few days so I don’t know about longevity but it’s great so far, super sharp. I cut up a mango and accidentally sliced into part of the pit, just cut through like butter! I’ve only used it on fruit & veggies so far but really pleased with how thin I can slice. It’s weighted well and fits my hand nicely also.

It's a really nice knife. It cuts very well. I just happened to notice that after the first use, I cleaned it off and shook the excess water off and the blade is somewhat loose. Not enough to bring the blade out, but just beware. Maybe it might just be mine. Unfortunately, after I got it, I tossed the packaging it came in so it cannot be returned.

One of the other photo reviews shows the knife seemingly hanging on a magnetic knife storage bar, which obviously shouldn’t be possible with ceramic. Mine is not magnetic at least, it’s not ceramic. The cutting edge is very shiny like a metal edge would be. It is sharp.

Right away this knife looks great. I love effectiveness, but when you also get style too? That's great! This knife looks so awesome with the beautiful handle and dark ceramic blade. It is very sharp and cut through vegetables easily, able to make precise cuts as well as handle large chopping. The box it came in is also very nice. Comes with a very nice blade protector.UPDATE: I had to update my review as after 6+ months of usage the blade has come loose in the handle which makes it too dangerous to use. Very disappointed as this was a great knife and served me well for the past 6 months.

This knife has worked really well so far. My elderly mom struggles to cut vegetables such as squash, but it's much easier for her with this knife due to how sharp it is. Ceramic knives are supposed to stay sharp longer, so hopefully that's the case.
