I used to buy the other creatine brand which is most popular but frequently got lumps of creatine with it. I find this is better.

This is a good creatine powder in a nice sized container. It includes a dosage spoon which is a nice bonus to keep in the jug for quick and accurate dosages. The powder dissolves pretty well in my juice, a little gritty, but most of these powders are a little gritty. It doesn’t have much taste, which is nice. I can add it to just about anything without messing with the flavor too much. I've been using it for a couple of weeks now, and it seems on par with my old creatine powder. I like to take in at least 5 grams a day of creatine. It helps my workout routine and helps me to stay mentally sharp. I would recommend to anyone looking for a creatine powder.

Item arrived with the seal busted and powder everywhere. It says right on the package to not use if seal is broken, yet it says item is ineligible for return.

This creatine powder is simple and easy to use. The directions indicate to use one scoop with 8-10oz of water. The scoop is included but may be a bit buried. You may need to use something like a spoon to find it.It doesn't seem worth it to give it any additional time to dissolve. I found the best way to consume it was to mix it into water and immediately drink the mix. It may be a bit gritty but at least there's no foul taste. I have a hard time telling if it creatine actually does anything for me but I make it part of my routine.What I liked about it: No bad flavor.What I didn't like: Doesn't dissolve well so water stays gritty.Overall, I recommend this creatine powder. Down the mix as quickly as you can or mix it into a morning smoothie and you're set.
