I bought these at the request of my doctor. Id say they’re good value for money and they definitely have an effect.Be warned - they do smell like gravy or some kind of savoury product, but it’s the effects you’re after.I personally find them hard to swallow, when I was first told to take these my doctor gave me some that were tiny tablets, these are about as big as an M&M, but I manage to get them down.My energy levels are constantly low so it’s difficult to assess exactly how well they work in that regard, but they definitely have some effect. We’re all different and the only way to find out is to try for yourself.There effective at sorting vitamin B levels I know that, because I do private blood tests and these have helped raise me back to normal levels.They come in a rather large, but good quality box, in blisters and are good enough quality to ensure I’d buy again.Good luck battling fatigue, it can be a nightmare but B vitamins help you release the energy from your food, so maintain a healthy diet and give these a go if you want more energy!

Easy taken

These tablets are a a bit larger than expected but easy to swallow, good value for money

Started taking them about week ago so hope they are working. My question is how will I know if they are or not? Easy to swallow with no taste

Vitamin B comprises 8 Vitamin B's for example, Vitamin B1, B2, and of course the infamous B12.Vitamin B is so important for your well-being and for your body to function well, this includes but is not limited to:- Energy Production (B1)- Cognitive Function (B1, B2, B6 and B9)- Immune System (B2 and B9)- Healthy hair, nail skin etc. (B3 and B7)- Cell Growth Development (B5 and B9)- Nerve Function (B12 and B6)- Red Blood Cell Formation (B12)It is worth noting before you take the tablets you can and should always get your nutrients from a good balanced diet.With Vitamin B, this would include foods like, Beef liver (not to everyone’s liking!). Other foods include salmon, nuts and dairy—especially eggs, milk and cheese. As well as leafy greens, like kale and spinach.As an athlete, I eat a balanced diet, all the good ‘stuff’ and I supplement with vitamins as my lifestyle needs it.The blister pack is great. As I ejected each tablet, there was a satisfying pop sound, and it provided a well-sealed environment to deliver fresh tablets.The tablets, all 28 of them, are film coated, making them easy to swallow. They are about the size of an aspirin and because of the coating they are easy to swallow. They taste fine, no bitterness, chalkiness or strange aftertaste either.I found the packaging peculiar. When I read the label, I often rotate the front of the box on its X, horizontal) axis, as opposed to the Y, vertical axis.As a result, you must flip the packet over and pull the packet towards you on its Y axis to read the label. This is counterintuitive, as a more natural method is to rotate the packet on its X axis.Not a big deal, but thought I’d mention it, so the manufacturer could address this at a later date.The other downside is that each tablet comprises only four B vitamins which include:Vitamin B1 - Thiamine mononitrateVitamin B2 - RiboflavinVitamin B3 - NicotinamideVitamin B6 - Pyridoxine HClNote, the infamous B12 is missing. Despite this the product still represents 'B'rilliant value!It is also worth noting that the medicine, “May cause allergic reactions in sensitive individuals”. I had no reaction, but it’s worth bearing in mind when taking this to be mindful of any obvious or subtle changes.

Tab size is bigger than previous tablets . Yellow colour is helpful as vit B group has riboflavin which has colour.
