The media could not be loaded. Only had the product 2 weeks. Pleased with its look. However, grip has started to come away already! Very little footfall as only 2 of us in the house. Had expected much better for the money. It’s now unsafe for my elderly mother to step on when she visits

It came with some great packaging, no scuffs or marks.Build quality looks really good and feels really sturdy, even with it being left out the back in rainy weather conditions it’s holding up really well.

Very well made and sturdy. This is perfect for my mother who was having trouble getting up and down a large step into her house. She has arthritic knees and this has halved how far she has to step to get in and out the house, making it much easier for her. It's heavy, slip resistant and has withstood the strong winds we have had without budging. Don't let the price put you off. It's worth it if you need a decent outdoor step.

bought one and found it was so good bought a second ...look good works well..but the slid stips to stop you from sliding had to be stapled down but apart from that i would buy another one if i needed to...10/10

Well we managed 10 weeks with this then it started to feel loose and rock. On inspection wr found the wood had split in several places. Now too dangerous to consider using. No means of redress as outside the 30days. I would not recommend this as it’s a total waste of money to only last that long and would be do dangerous if it gave way whilst someone was actually standing on it.

A sturdy step, very useful.

I thought I had finally found a good little step for my back door but unfortunately it is now a pile of wood. Was held together with tacks. Don’t buy this, waste of money.
