Very good aid cards for journaling
These cards have helped me daily to give me ideas on self discovery and journaling. There are 60 cards, that is plenty of material to work with all year. They are great.

I enjoyed the topics more than I thought I would!
Know Yourself Prompt Cards are stimulating and thought-provoking. These cards introduce endless topics that has provided an avenue to explore unfamiliar parts of me. The topics are tantalizing, interesting, and challenging at times. Sometimes seeking answers required me to travel outside of my comfort zone and think outside of the box. In the process, I learned alot about myself.Unlike self-help books that I have read, these cards have been exciting, engaging, and a great way to consciously tap into my identity. It also has helped me embrace my uniqueness and increase my self-confidence. These cards have served me well with discovering myself and it opened another portal to self care.

Thought-provoking
These prompt cards are thought-provoking and help me with little thought exercises when journaling. I love that the prompts are open-ended and that they aren't written in a biased way. This makes for a great gift for anyone who is trying to find themselves (perhaps again).

Focuses on the negative IMHO
Of this deck, about 1/3 of them are just negative.Don't get me wrong...I see value in exploring the shadow self. For instance, in the picture provided, the middle question asks about personal issues that might contribute to poor decision-making. This does ask about deficiencies, but something that is actionable. The bottom stack of cards asks the user to focus on failure, guilt, annoyances, disappointments, what others might be alarmed by if they knew...I'm not sure these are productive paths to explore. I know for some, these types of thoughts are pervasive anyway, and thinking about them more doesn't make them go away. The top card in the picture just perplexes me. There is an image credit, but no image. The image description though, is "Couple of adults in crisis at the park"...again with the negative theme. The back of the card contains what seems like an advertisement for the website related to the card deck.Overall, some of these cards might be worth journal exploration, but many of them don't seem helpful at all for someone trying to understand themselves better in an effort toward self-improvement.

An interesting way to reflect on how you feel about things...
I picked up the Know Yourself Prompt Cards: Cards for Self Exploration, as I had come out of some lifetime cognitive dissonance with leaving the religion that I was brought up in. In my mid-life now, I am finally allowing myself to consider what do "I" think about what I want, need, the relationships in my life, society, and life in general, which I hadn't allowed myself to truly think before, having consumed myself about what others think and maintaining appearances to be accepted. Some of the questions or prompts question things that may be quite simple or obvious, but when you really think about them, there are can be some depth to the answers you find within yourself. I take out a card a day to reflect, and sometimes discuss with others, then move on to the next the following day. It's a new routine I have that has grounded me, in a sense, and helped me with my transition out of the toxic religion of my former life.

Great for self awareness AND sharing with a partner or close friends
On the front side is a prompt to think or write/journal about a topic. There are many topics of which some are serious and some are fun. The back side of.the card offers some possible insight into what answers might reveal or how to explore deeper. The cards are thick and sturdy. Very well made.

some interesting questions
I wasn't really sure what to expect with these cards. I didn't know if they would be for personal use, conversation starters in a new relationship or maybe road trip questions with friends. After getting them - my husband and I had some down time, so I started going though the cards. Maybe because we are older (53 / 52) and have already been together for over 20 years - we pretty much knew how we would both answer the questions. Even still, it was nice just sitting down going though the cards. Some of them could seem too serious for fun questions with friends though - so i am really not sure how I would use these on a regular basis. One of the descriptions I read somewhere said for self discovery - but I think that if you are going to go though these, you might need to bounce some of the responses off of someone else. That way you have a little more accountability to really, truly answer the questions otherwise it would be super easy to just give a shallow response without really digging into yourself for a true answer.as for the cards set itself - it comes packaged in a little flip top box and they are printed on a good weight card stock.

Already opened. Not new.
The product itself is fine but I bought this as a gift and it was already opened. The seal was broken and I can’t give that as a present.

Quite negative and a lot of sexual questions
I shuffled 10 times in a row and got sexual related questions or questions that asked me to think of my negative traits or dark side. Not recommended for people not ready to answer things like this.
