My daughter and daughter-in-law liked using my dough whisk so much that they requested one for their Christmas list! This tool is the best for stirring up pizza dough, crumble recipes, etc. Wonderful product and worth the purchase.

Useful for very runny mixtures but once the flour/water mix is autolysed it's too thick to use the dough whisk. Maybe it's only intended for batters or for the first few minutes of the recipe?UPDATE: After using it for a while I'm finding it more useful - you almost have to ignore the fact that the dough has clogged together and nothing seems to be happening because strangely it does continue to mix the dry and wet ingredients and does a great job.Really needs more explanation so people's expectations are set and they persevere with it.

I learned to make bread from my grandmother. She never had this tool and we always used our hands. I bought this just to see if the initial bread mixing phase would be easier. OMG was it ever! I got all the ingredients mixed faster than before . Sturdy and easy to clean this is now my favorite mixing tool. Works great with box cake mix too.
