We love Brie in Puff Pastry and I have made it myself many times for our Christmas Eve appetizer party. The last two years have been challengingly with a sudden loss in our family, but I didn't want to lose this tradition for my family. I needed to make sure that this tradition wasn't lost.I ordered this Brie item last year and it was as good as any I have ever made. The 12 ounce size is very small, but you have options on what flavors you want. Since it is small, ordering 2 of each flavor worked great! Normally when I made the large Brie, I would only do one filling.Make sure to let the baked Brie cool for about 20 minutes before cutting it, otherwise the Brie will melt out of the pastry and go everywhere . It's still great , just kind of messy.I am thinking I might be ordering this agan in the next few months. Both fillings are delicious. If you order both, you have one savory and one with fruit.

I purchased 2 of these and both lacked flavor. They are extremely easy to bake and are absolutely beautiful!! That being said, the added flavors (in my case: apricots or bacon) didn’t really come through flavor wise. That being said, I would buy these again regardless! It’s always a treat to share baked Brie and this company takes the hard work out of it for us!! Just add your own fresh preserves on the side with baguettes or crackers!! Totally worth it.

I ordered 2 received one and since these were to be gifts I was concerned but Linda replaced the missing item in 3 days!!!!!!! Now that is QR ! (quick response ) My friends will report on the quality of the item......all I can say it is beautiful, smaller than I expected and as a gift, should have been in a box.

I ordered two of these for my family Christmas buffet……they came out of the oven beautifully……The taste was out of this world…….everyone loved them….will buy again….very special presentation adding fruit and crackers.
