For the money you couldn't get a better light
Buy these whilst they are still on offer! They are excellent value. The rear light is extremly small, easy to fit and even easier to charge - you just remove it from you bike and plug into your nearest USB socket. The light can be used as a solid light with two different brightnesses or can be used in one of two flashing modes, in all the modes the light is sharp and bright making you easier to see.The front light has a seperate bracket which is easily adjustable for a wide variety of mounting positions and is then secured in place with an adjustable Cam-lock making this one of the quickest fitting light brackets I have ever used. The light then slides onto this bracket and locks into place - again to charge it you just remove it from the bike, remove the back shell and plug into into your nearest USB socket. Only two modes for the light - static or flashing - but it gives a nice bright beam of light to illuminate the way for you.For ease of use, the light output and the fact that they are rechargeable (NiMH front and LiPo rear)combined with the price I paid makes these lights an excellent purchase. I will be purchasing the same lights for all three of my children as well!

Small flaws, but great value for money
I tried a friend's (super-expensive) Blackburn Flea lights, now the Black Widow/Moon combo.Blackburn Flea wins for1) excellent visibility of the rear light from all angles, due to several LEDs and no focussing lens, like the Moon rear light has.Black Widow / Moon wins for:1) the more focussed front light I get from Black Widow (the Blackburn's is more diffuse)2) Fixing a Flea to the front handlebar most often requires fiddling, whereas the Black Widow has a well working bracket you fix once.3) Better charging without extra parts, you don't need to carry that mini USB dongle around with you if you need to do an emergency charge a somebody else's place.4) The tiny size of the Fleas can turn into a disadvantage, I've been searching for them somewhere in the depths of my backpack. All in all, I'm very happy with the Black Widow/Moon set, it's great value for money.

Good combination of lights for the urban rider.
Front light is fine. Gives decent beam for an urban street and charges from a USB port - very handy. Rear light is very small and in principal would be fine, but the one i received wasn't charged on arrival so i plugged it in but it failed almost immediately and hasn't worked since. Tried to request a replacement from the company via their website but so far no joy.

It's just OK.
Well, what can i say.I bought these lights for my bike now that the Winter has closed in and the trip back from work is getting perilous! The front light is pretty good, the back light however is pitiful. Had to replace it with something brighter. The main problem I have with these are the USB rechargabe batteries. I charged the main front headlight ONCE, after that it wouldn't charge again.Pretty disappointed.

Back light is brilliant
The back light is much better than the front one. After 3 years of frequent use the back light is still going strong. It is small but powerful and quick and easy to attach. The front light bulb stopped working after only 1 year and it was never very powerful anyway. Worth buying just for the back light.

Dont waste your money
Having done a lot of reading into other peoples reviews before I purchased a front light for my bike I came across this. They certainly looked the part and sounded it too by reading the reviews. I dont know what product everyone else was reviewing but what I had delivered certainly wasnt of the same quality which the other people had.Day 1: The light would not stay on. I thought it was the battery needed charging.Day 2: Charged for the recommended time. Same problem.Day 3: Figured out it switches off if I go over the slightest bump. Not good when Im doing 24 miles a day.Day 7: The plastic strap to attach to the handlebars snapsDay 9 : Resorting to velcroing to my bike as the strap is useless now.Day 10: Light comes free off the velcro and is run over by the number 521 bus over Waterloo bridge.Dont waste your money guys

Stung by the Black Widow
The build quality of the quick release of the BLack Widow front light is poor. Worked fine for the first couple of weeks. From time to time I had trouble removing it, sliding it off from the part mounted on the bike. I would give it a little giggle and it would come off. Today however I could not get it off at all. The quick release mechnism has failed. Now for me to charge it I have to unscrew it completely from the bike. Not at all what I paid for. Very dissapointed as I am now going to have to buy another. The rear light is fine I have no issues with it.

Not bad but rubbish fitting
The back light on this set is brilliant! It has a great fitting, comes on and off so easily and is adequately bright. The front light is fine for riding around town but not great if your commuting along unlit roads or paths but the main problem is the front fitting, it's rubbish. It just doesn't really work very well and is not easy to attach. I got two sets, one for my bike and one for my sons, and the fitting on one has simply fallen apart. I do not recommend!
