I ordered a 64 oz bottle, but the measure tops out at 56 oz. Am I supposed to fill it to the top to get the full 64 oz or did I receive the wrong one?

My understanding is that there are the 3 mentioned sizes and that the 64oz bottle should measure out at 64oz but if you choose to fill it past that marking then it should hold more.

I don't think Amazon has any system or text chat that you can chat with a seller before you place the order . But I do recommend set up this chat on their APP, because in Taiwan we use Shopee (same like AMazon) ,and shippee has text chat you can ask seller any questions about the product before you buy it,it is a very good design,because it prevent the large amount of return and refund product .
