I used these on a big barn door and they are holding up well after a year.

I purchased these for a commercial building to replace external door hinges that are old and have been bent. In my opinion these are good quality heavy duty industrial quality hinges that should last at least 20 years and they also include good quality stainless steel hardware that even a strong rare earth magnet has no effect whatsoever unlike some stainless steel that still has some ferrous metal in it. Overall I would definitely recommend these for commercial applications.

Awesome came with all the screws etc for wood and metal, a very heavy fire rated steel door why the 5-1/2” hinges vs 3-1/2”the hinges have bearing built in swings effortlessly and fit perfectly they were double doors large enough to drive the zero turn radius mower into everything worked out great.
