I chew one little cube of Vit B1supplement every morning. The taste is mildly tangy and sweet. It doesn’t leave an aftertaste. Just what I need and want in a health supplement. I feel the effect almost immediately.Am almost done with the first jar, that's why i am ordering a second jar.

Worst tasting supplement on the market!!! I literally threw up right after eating. Do not buy this unless you like putting gross things in your mouth.

Didn't taste good at all and, the texture was heavy and rubbery.

My new medication has a side effect of twitching facial muscles and I read this vitamin would help. My face had been twitching for a few weeks and this vitamin stopped it in about 3 days. Tastes pretty good too.
