Worth buying
I work from home on two laptops. Speed is good, no interruptions. I recharge its sim with 50gb that lasts for a good 1.5 months.

Please dont buy , Used product
This product is already activated and used on .They are selling as fresh piece .This is not working properly .Actually Amazon should take necessay action to blacklist those sellers .Dont have option to return the product also .We trust Amazon and bought this product but totally waste of money .

Received defective product
It was working for a few days and stopped working after a few days when the replacement window was closed and there is no option to return or request replacement. Had to go jio service centre which was a task finding.And there they didn't had an extra device for replacement. Now I am left with no other option of waiting

JioFi M2S Black - A Disappointing ExperienceI strongly advise against purchasing the JioFi M2S Black device online. After purchasing this product, neither Amazon nor Jio provided any service or support for the device. When I contacted Amazon regarding an issue with the device, they directed me to Jio. However, Jio stated that since the device was purchased from Amazon, I needed to contact Amazon for further support. This back-and-forth has been extremely frustrating.Additionally, I recently purchased a JioFi M2S device, which came with a cashback offer of Rs. 1500 in the form of 13 data vouchers worth Rs. 121 each (12GB per voucher). Despite multiple attempts to contact Jio, they informed me that since the device was purchased from Amazon, I needed to contact Amazon for the cashback offer. Jio was unable to provide any further assistance. When I reached out to Amazon customer care, they outright stated that they could not provide support for this issue. This is misleading, as the cashback offer was clearly mentioned in the product description. When I requested the customer support email ID from the Amazon executive, she refused and abruptly ended the call.The rude behavior of the customer executive, refusal to transfer the call to a senior representative, and lack of resolution have left me extremely dissatisfied. I request Amazon to either honor the cashback offer in the form of data vouchers or refund Rs. 1500 to my account.
