Once sprayed on, will this help wash off dirt,snow,mud after off roading? Planing to use this on my trucks undercarriage, help in prevention?

I can tell you that it provide corrosion control, penetration, metal wetting and water displacement. It is not specified to help with the mud or snow removal.

This is a lanolin-based, non-drying lubricant, not a cleaner or polish. If you use it to detail engine parts, they will attract dirt like a magnet.

Can i use this after I sand and hen paint over it on the trim of my car? Also can I use it on the undercarriages?

You can. I have used this product over urethane and enamels. There will be some discoloration, but works well as a rust preventative. Yes to the undercarriages too.
