I'll never reconstitute without it!
Makes a huge difference when reconstituting yeast. In the past, I had reconstituted by simply adding the yeast to warm water with a pinch of sugar. After 15 minutes or so, yeah, you might see a tiny bit of foam to indicate the yeast was alive. Nothing dramatic. But after adding this stuff there is no question.. within 10-15 minutes, your yeast will be foamy, frothy, and practically ready to jump out and get to work! Big difference. I used it on wine, but I'm sure you could reconstitute bread or beer yeast with it too.

The difference between using goferm and not using goferm is night and day. If you are serious about the batch you're making then you MUST use this.
