Perfect for Adrenal Crisis kit! (Soul-cortef act-o-vial and syringes)
I got this case to keep my needles from getting bent while traveling. I have adrenal insufficiency, so I have to keep an emergency steroid injection on hand at all times in case I am severely injured or in a situation that would induce shock in a person. This case has a durable hard shell. You COULD force it to bend, but you would have to really do so intentionally, so this case is perfect for holding my kit in my purse and travel luggage. I am able to fit one solu Cortef vial, two syringes, bandaids, alcohol swabs, and a note from my doctor in the case. I recommend it to my fellow adrenal insufficiency/ Addison’s disease patients!

Great
I needed something to carry my insulin pens in and I looked at many options. This is great! Carries two pens and caps. Fits perfectly in my pocket (I am a guy so my pockets might be larger). The zipper works good and it doesn’t look bad. Solid buy

Great case, but it's not a cooler
Holds a few vials, A few hypos, (still in their packages), alcohol wipes, etc. It's a great zippered case with fairly firm sides, but it's not a "cooler."

Useful and lightweight
Exactly what I’ve been looking for. I needed to find travel case for my daughter’s epic pen and the medicines we have to travel with. This works perfectly.

Holds 2 pens needles and alcohol pads. Fits in a purse or pocket. Handy when you are on the go

Nice little case
Seems well made. Holds a weeks worth of my syringes and bottle. Great for traveling or if you keep your meds in the fridge as I do, it keeps the pointy stuff out of view from kids.
