Dr Teal'sPure Epsom Salt, Ashwagandha & Essential Oils, 3 lbs (Pack of 4)

I love to use this for my soaking baths. The Ashwagandha and essential oils smell quite nice. I do add to it sometimes with a tea satchel full of mugwort and butterfly pea flower. I always pair it with a bubble bath of some kind. Lately, I've been using this with the Dr. Teal's bubble bath.

This is my absolute favorite from Dr Teals and I have tried nearly every scent. Ashwagandha has a warm, grounding slightly herbal scent that instantly calms my mind. The salts dissolve quickly and leave my skin feeling soft. I've even started gifting it to friends because I love it so much.

I absolutely love the smell of Dr. Teal's Calm your mind espon salts. It's very my favorite out of all the ones they make. I have used Dr. Teal's espon salts for years in my baths. I hurt my back working at a very physical job. When I soak with it even for a half a hour it loosens my muscles & provides much need relief.

Every time I used these epsom salts, my whole bathroom smells so delicious and invigorating. I am generally very sensitive skin and sinus wise to fragrance but this has never caused any reaction to my skin and also doesn't seem to bother me with the scent. Very good balance of smelling good without being overwhelming.
