Q: What is the actual material, i have one package, 3 briefs, with 2 different materials. 95% cotton? or cotton, polyester and spandex?

The single Gray is 58/37/5 Cotton/Polyester/Spandex in the regular. The junk trunk/pouch in Gray Heather is 57/38/5. The 2-Black are 95/5 Cotton/Spandex. And a more accurate description would be thin as opposed to lightweight.

Q: Why was I charged twice?

I don't know, but with this product once is to much!

Yes they will return your money or credit account. It’s pretty much the same thing
