Q: Are they good for a lot of walking?

They are great for walking and very comfortable.

Q: what is the wedge height?

The wedge height was good, about inch and half. But returned them because they were too loose over all.

Q: If i have narrow feet should i order my usual size?

They run short so I had to order an 8 when I usually wear a 6.5. I have wide feet so I can’t really say anything about how they would fit someone with narrow feet. But my problem was with the length, not the width.
