Esta muy completo y bonito viene tal cual la foto pero el material no se ve nada extraordinario y se me hace más costoso que varios de su competencia entonces sugiero comprar uno más económico al fin no cambia el material, solo el tapete extra y que se puede doblar para transportarlo pero los picos y el material es cualquiera y el precio es elevado. Have been contemplating this purchase for a while and so glad I sprung for it. Less expensive than some others I have seen and I didn't want a crazy color so the black is perfect. I suspect I have a pretty high pain tolerance cause I could actually go a step above if it was available but am pleased so far

My husband suffers from arthritis which keeps him awake and makes many tasks difficult. Just 20 minutes on this mat and he feels like a new man. After use it helps him fall asleep at night and wake up less often from pain. I borrowed it when I had a headache. The combination of the back mat and and neck pillow got rid of my headache in only 10 minutes. Initially you may want to slide it into a pillowcase until you are used to the mat. It is amazingly comfortable to lie on though. Highly recommend.

Sharp plastic but after 6-8 days of use no problem

I have herniated discs in lower back & arthritis of the spine & neck. I use this pad and neck pillow for 30 to 45 minutes a day and my pain disappears. Plus, it restores my energy and facilitates a restful night sleep. Truly, it is a miracle worker! Plus, it has a small mat for travel or ease. As a certified acupressure therapist, I recommend this product as the best of the best.
