Stephen King's The Dark Tower: The Gunslinger Omnibus

A great book, nice size

If you like a good Stephen King read then this is it. I have read all the books in the Dark Tower series. It is a fast paced read and very futuristic. Once the chase begins it does not quit until the very end. Lots of twists and turns.I lost my first copy of this book therefore I purchased another book so I can refresh my memory before the movie comes out.The shipping was very fast. The book although used arrived in very good condition.

It's Stephen King, it couldn't be anything other than incredible. I did receive the small paperback and not the larger illustrated version that I ordered but fixing the problem was my fault and not the sellers. I didn't have the money to return this one for what I wanted. I have the rest of the series in illustrated form and will reorder later to complete my set.

I ordered this book twice now - expecting to get the older copy of the book with full color illustrations as shown and described - and both times got a cheap newer copy without illustrations. To be honest, the illustrations are not the main point, it's just this is the only book in the series I don't have and I want it to match the others (all are paperback with illustrations throughout).Very much looking forward to reading through the series again but very disappointed with my experience shopping for the book on Amazon.
