This is such a good cook book, especially if, like me, you are new to air fryers. The recipes are economical (essential for me) and use mostly store cupboard ingredients. It has full colour images of most of the meals, plus lots of hints and tips. Every meal I have tried so far has worked perfectly.

Having seen the TV programmes, thought it was a little light on recipe content, with some repeats using different veg. Some other good ideas though. Thought it was expensive.

I liked this book as it gave so much useful information for using an air fryer for the first time. Most of the recipes looked good to try but I thought there would be more 'traditional' British recipes. I found a few grammatical errors in the texts. All in all I think this is a good basic recipe book.
