Any experience of these batteries working in a Z8 and if yes how compare to original njkon?

I can't answer if they work in the Z8, as mine is a D7000, but the batteries are the same. Very pleased with my pack. My D7000 has an extender battery pack, and, as usual, when I come to use it, the battery in the extender is almost flat. This has been a godsend. I can swap it out instantly for a fresh one, and recharge the old one via USB. Also, and this was a big plus for me, I can use the case as a charging pack to charge phones, etc. So, I don't think you will be sorry if you get one.
