Good magnesium spray - it helps me sleep

Have been using this for a few weeks in the feet at bed time. Soaks in quickly and no sting like other brands. It does dry out the skin so moisturising in the morning is essential.

The item arrived incomplete, it had no lid and the label was very worn, it looked used

Not used this for long so my views of it may change as time goes on. Not felt any different yet.When I received the bottle it was not wrapped in bubble wrap and I am surprised that the bottle didn't break. I feel that for a glass bottle the packaging was not adequate enough. When I opened the package the bottle had leaked as the top was not screwed on tight enough and some of the contents had dripped into the packaging, also usually when you buy a spray bottle like this there is a little cap top on it, this bottle did not have one. Because of the latter reasons I only gave a 3 star review.

Take Magnesium pills 3 each night that mostly sorts night cramps out, but if I do get them spraying this really works and the cramps disappear quite quickly.

I always repurchase Kiki magnesium oil which I use for neck pain. Touch wood my neck pain hasn’t been as bad since I started using it. I read this after reading that muscle pain can be made worse by magnesium deficiency and I find supplements hard to stomach. I prefer this to other brands I’ve tried and have repurchased several times.

It's a nice bottle and with a spray function very easy to use. The instructions say spray after shower or bath for better absorption and rub in. I did this but probably because of the magnesium it left my skin feeling odd like there was something stuck to it. Sorry difficult to describe but I can't get on with this so threw away. I've used many oil sprays which normally leave your skin soft and smooth.
