The ONLY reason I gave it 4 stars is it runs small. Love the pattern so cute and it is not fading at all. Does not have buttons. I sewed some on myself and made it even cuter.

Coworkers and patients love the hat. HOWEVER: cheap material, no front head cushion, or buttons for mask.

The design is great from a distance, like x-rays. When you get close enough to see the skeleton hands in the design, like a bad x-ray, there's no detail apart from how pixelated the design is. It looks like they enlarged a smaller design beyond its intended viewing resolution. That's what you can expect when you open the package.As for the fitting, it's a bit tall in the front. If you have a pompadour, a lot of hair to tuck up and under, or a huge forehead, the cap ought to perfectly fit, if you tie to fit above your ears. For everyone else, it ought to fit a bit better when you tie it covering the tops of your ears, covering your eyebrows.The tuft of hair left exposed once tied can be covered by a scrub cap if you need to be in a sterile/sub-sterile environment.

Everything is great but way to tall for normal to large shaped heads. Wish they made a shorter size.
