Colorfin PanPastel Sofft Knives W/8 Covers-#1 Round, #2 Flat, #3 Oval and #4 Point, Multicolor

I ordered these not expecting a brilliant product. I'm using a mix of both hard and soft pastels not the pan pastel. On working up a tiger portrait I was just so impressed at the effects which can be achieved with these little sponges either by blending with them, lifting excess pastel off or for working those tiny little areas on a picture which are tricky to paint. I'm working on fine wet and dry sandpaper so the surface is eating the sponge pretty quickly, I'll be excited to try them with traditional pastel paper. I heartily recommend them.

These are very easy to use and are excellent for creating great backgrounds and under painting for your soft/hard pastels on top, as you can easily control how much pastel you put down. Very good product.

I haven't actually used these yet as I found some make up sponges which do the job. I think I am saving these for something really special (not quite sure what it is) as I am fairly lazy and like things I can just use and throw away. I have seen many demonstrations using these, and they are highly recommended by the users. That's about as much as I can say about the product, but they arrived quickly and look good for the job.

Always looking for new ways to be expressive with my charcoal and pastel work. These Sofft tools bring something extra to my tool kit.

These are really great. I don't own Pan Pastels but I use them with both soft pastels and pastel pencils and they are the best blending tools I have used.And you can control how much pastel is lifted with only a little practice.Pastelmat really eats up the covers though.I suspect that I will never stop using these.Also great for using powdered blender for coloured pencil pieces and also for spreading solvent.Edit: have now used with panpastels and can report these are awesome for their intended use.

Very helpful seller. Excellent communication. First order went missing (International) but there was absolutely no problem from sellers in sending a replacement order which I have now received. All items intact. Good quality original product. Haven't had time to use them yet because of Christmas stuff. The price I paid was exceptional, only wish they had more at the same price!!Would certainly recomment this seller and would definitely buy from them again if the price was right.

It took I believe over 2 months to arrive so gave up on these and purchased some from the UK. I have not used this actual packet yet but have used Sofft panpastel equipment which was okay once you got used to the technique

A lot of thought seems to have gone in to this range of blending tools and applicator sponges to create a range of different ways of laying down the pastel pan colours. The sponge applicators can be washed and reused to make even more economical.

Never used these before! But easy to assemble, to use, and makes the process easier!
