I ordered these to use for exercise after shoulder surgery. My doctor did not send me to therapy but gave me exercises to do at home. I needed a one pound weight. Each weight is a half pound so I use 2 that hooked together to get it. The bar bell without any additions is 2 pounds so it was too heavy.

I’m using the 3lb for physical therapy and when done can easily change up to 5lbs. It’s easy to hold without slipping out of your hands. I love because it’s easily interchangeable from 2lbs to 5lbs and doesn’t take the space of 4 sets of weights.
