Fits 2024 Lexus NX 350h glovebox perfectly; but not large enough for manuals
I bought this for my 2024 Lexus NX350H and it fits perfectly. It arrived packed flat without any instructions. However, each piece is labeled FRONT /TOP showing the orientation of each piece. It took me a couple of tries, but then the pieces snapped into place once I had them oriented correctly. There is no odor to this organizer; it's hard plastic.I love how this keeps the glovebox space organized. Unfortunately because the Manual Pack is so thick (almost 3" with 5 manuals/guides in it) it does not fit in any of the pockets once this is inserted into the glovebox. I even tried a few different ways (see photos) and pulled the insert out slightly to try to get it to fit - no luck. So, I will either put the main manual(s) in the glovebox and store the Manual pack containing the other manuals in the cargo space below the cargo floor. Since I can't drive and read the manual at the same time anyway, if I had a question about something and had to stop to get it out of the trunk, it's not hat big of a deal. I didn't take any stars away for the manual-fit issue, because honestly that manual pack is a beast and takes up so much of the glovebox space... the best solution is just to pare it down to what you need immediate access to. I'd buy this again.

Did not fit manual. I guess this is fine if you don't mind taking your manuals out of the case or leaving them out of the glove box.

Fits in glovebox, but does not allow space for manual.
If you want to keep the manuals with the leather cover, it will not fit in the bottom middle space. The manual cover is just a bit too wide.I removed the top divider to make it fit on the top. Now the shelf flexes because of the weight. Not ideal, but I don’t want to hassle with returning it. I don’t use the glovebox enough to be bothered by it.It’s good, just not perfect. All depends on how you want to utilize the glovebox.

Well designed to fit perfectly in the glove box
The glove box organizer came in a nice flat package. The pieces were made made and snapped nicely together and was pretty sturdy. There were labels on the pieces to indicate which side is front and which side is top which was helpful. After putting the pieces together, the whole organizer fit perfectly in the glove box. Nice thing is that the lower center compartment is sized for the width of the car's user manual so you can keep all the manuals in the glove box and give you space to fit other things around it.
