When things are good on Amazon, they usually can get a 5 star out of me (if I can't find faults and things work great), but this is one very, very good product so I don't know how I can give it a review far better than the average 5 stars that it deserves.The color is very green so it shows that it is well Freeze Dried. And for a Freeze Dried veggie, you cannot beat the price. And immediately up taking it we felt benefits, Ordered 3 more. I recommend this to my friends and family; It's worth give it a try.

I got this when my juicer was out of commission.It's organic, and high quality as far as my eyes can see, and my taste buds can tell. I dissolve it in water, and drink it with beet powder. I have to say that the taste is not as bitter as the actual kale juice. Definitely worked to boost energy, and kept me healthy till my juicer was working, again. :)

Sweet product. Make sure to refrigerate after opening. It's nice to deal with the powdered form instead of the leafy version as you don't really need to deal with it going bad. I mix a couple teaspoons in the morning with Bolthouse Farms Green Goodness for a super morning juice drink. A blender is necessary, like the other reviews, this powerded Kale does not mix well if you're using a spoon. Highly recommended.

It's probably the Vitamin K that clears your acne and makes your skin glow. This to me is the easiest way to get your daily dose of kale. It's one of the top, if not the most powerful anti-carcinogens. You get used to the taste, pretend it's green iced tea you're drinking. I put one teaspoon in a 24 oz. bottle (BPE-free of course), shake it up, stick an iced cube in it, you're good to go for the day. I drink 2 of these 24 oz bottles per day.

First time buyer. This is an Eclectic issue, not seller issue. I ordered 5 different items of the Eclectic brand. I am sure I would probably like the item if I actually got to use it.I opened once and used the items and followed the instructions of closing the lid tightly and storing in the refrigerator. Now I can not get the lids back off. These are "child proof" lids where you have to press down and turn. Three of us have tried to get the lids off to no avail. Will have to figure out a way to open the jars without breaking the glass and then store in other containers.Also, 4 of the products shipped from Amazon warehouse through sellers other than Eclectic and had 2023 & 2024 expiration dates. The item shipped directly from Eclectic expires in two months.

This has a great green kale flavor. I love the fact that when I run out of kale I have a sub. I can use in place of the real stuff. I only wish it was priced more reasonably. This must be a small operation, because the size you get for the price is outrageous. I haven't looked for a better deal yet, but I hope to find one.
