The two complimenting packages are shrink-wrapped together with a single UPC code. You only need one patch. Days supply, but interestingly enough they give you 32 energy patches and 60 multivitamin patches. The instructions on the box are simple. Peel off a patch, and attach it to your abdomen or your upper arm. After 6 to 8 hours, the patch has emptied its contents into your body and can be removed anytime after that. The posting of these patches onto my test list is fortuitous as I've recently had surgery and I'm swallowing an obscene amount of pills. so having fewer vitamin pills to swallow is a good time for me. I normally have to take vitamins as well, so these are two fewer pills I have to swallow in the morning. There are four patches in a single sealed baggie inside the box. It tears off the top of the package and then you can slide off a tear-off/peel-off piece of plastic to get your patch. The first one I tried was the energy. The patch peeled off the backing easily enough and the patch material seemed to me to be very similar to a Band-Aid type backing. The vitamin patch was much the same but the vehicle patch was different, a felt-type of material rather than a Band-Aid, that also peeled easily.The B12 patch seems to be lighter in color and the vitamin patch seems to be more of a taupe color if that makes any difference. Throughout the day I didn't notice any difference in the feel of my body between taking these or taking my normal swallowing-type multi-day vitamin type.One thing I did find that was a bit unusual is on the second day when I went to peel off the old patches and apply a new one. Is that the original patch was gone? Somewhere during the first day and night I had managed to rub off the original patch onto my clothing or bedding and hadn't noticed. I'm not sure when or where this was.

Easy to use, no smell.

Great product. Wife had bariatric surgery and could not handle vitamins in pill form. These have been a great supplement.
