I take one every day to boost my immune system. If I feel I'm getting sick, I take two or three a day until I'm completely well. I still get the occasional virus that's going around. I am exposed to numerous viruses daily with a child in school and working with the public myself. Have only had to miss work once in the last six months due to illness. This stuff really helps boost my lousy immune system. I would recommend it to anyone who can afford it that gets frequent colds and other viruses. Its a miraculous supplement.

I started taking this produce because this founder actually had, at least said he did anyway, the same medical problem I'm facing and he cured himself of it, though the Doctors told us that it's incurable. I've been maintaining a fairly healthy Immunity to colds and such so far even when I get them they don't linger 3 to 4 weeks or more like they use to; and it's been over 7yrs.

I started taking these after I got two back to back cases of thrush... no one had any indication of why I kept getting thrush, so I just thought I must've had some lousy immune system. So I bought these to help because I very much love Garden of Life products. No thrush since I started taking them, and hopefully these pills help me fight off the thrush if it wants to come back a third time.

This is the first immune builder that actually works for me. I take it regularly, but when I feel "something" coming on, I double the dosage (at least) and add Larix to the cocktail. It is amazing because I ALWAYS feel better, (yes even the early symptoms seem to go away) and it keeps whatever bug away. This product is the real deal!!!! If anyone has questions about whether this works or not - it DOES!!!

This stuff is incredible! My husband has had pneumonia 13 times in the past 3 years. The first time, he had to be on a ventilator for 5 days. I didn't know if he was going to live or die. Now, when he wakes up feeling like he is getting sick, I start him on 3 in am and 3 in pm. Within 3 days he is back to himself. This product will always be in my medicine cabinet!
