After having a total abdominal hysterectomy and both ovaries removed, the dreaded menopause hit me with all its symptoms like I'd just run into a brick wall at 100 miles per hour. All I can say is, I haven't had any of the horrible menopausal symptoms back. Not only have the night sweats and hot flushes stayed away, my emotional mood swings have also been held at bay! At least, my other half is still alive and my kids are all still talking to me!!I can't swear that it's all down to these products, as I didn't take the chance of going 'cold turkey', but I can say that I wouldn't now risk finding out.Additionally, I originally bought this from another well known herbalist outlet, but paid about three times the price, as I didn't even think about checking Amazon at the time! Silly me! I will always compare prices, but so far, I haven't found this product cheaper elsewhere.I would suggest to anyone who is experiencing menopausal symptoms to give this a try for a month and see if you notice a difference. I would also recommend black cohosh (Menoherb is the cheapest brand I've found, also through Amazon - much cheaper than the other place).

Have used these since I started my menopause I definitely don't have as many hot flushes now sleeping is undesturb ,but I do use a cool blanket as well. Easy to take and you get the vitamins as well that you start to struggle with. They must be taken every day if you miss one you will notice. Very happy with these I did try HRT but these are better and safer. I would recommend trying these they may work for you but you won't know if you don't try the price is worth it.

At nearly 45 I've had spells of getting extremely hot at night the last few years. I put it down to too much sugar or that extra glass of wine. Although no signs yet of any changes to my cycle, I realised it was down to perimenopause.I've been taking these a week and its made a massive difference, I simply stay a normal cosy temperature all night & sleeping much better.Yes there is tiny trace amounts of caffeine in it I was concerned it might be an issue as I'm not a coffee drinker but I needn't have worried. Would recommend this if you have similar issues.

I always valued this brand and I haven't been disappointed again. I am 49 years old and I recently felt extremely exhausted and I started not to sleep very well. I don't know if it's prenopause but I thought I give this pills a go. It's been a week and I already feel the effects. I take the pills in the evening with my meal and my sleep is much better, I'm less tired and have more energy. I haven't changed any of my routine or food diet but there is certainly a difference. I will carry on taking the pills.

Bought these to try.No difference to how I feel..no better or worse.Having to take 2 tablets with main meal not the best unless u can remember ( I cant) so some days miss taking them
