Grabbed this to clean up my 4 month old's hair that was getting a little ragged as he had bald spots everywhere. Left it to charge overnight and used it the next day on him and he didn't mind one bit! He's usually scared of loud noises and while not super quiet he didn't mind the buzz at all. The different adjustable lengths were very helpful as well and snapped on easily and securely.

Awsome quiet clippers for little children.
Awsome clippers. My grandson is 4 and was scared of the noise of regular clippers. He sat still, never cried. And the clippers worked perfect.
