For those proud but still slightly novice home espresso enthusiasts like me, it’s really frustrating wasting upto 100g of every bag of coffee dialing it in this coffee is a welcome relief.It still took me a few shots to get it just right but none of it went down the drain! This coffee seems to be pretty drinkable 1, 2 or even 3 Grind settings too high or too low! You can tell easily enough it’s under or over extracted and tweak accordingly but it’s still pretty palatable before you get it right! This coffee took me aback because it really does have beautifully rich dark chocolate notes, with nutty undertones. It's a tad bitter but just how I like it, not very acidic, and a real kick when it comes to caffeine. That and the fact the crema is really thick and abundant on my espressos, as opposed to other coffee beans I've used.
