Let me start off by saying, from the moment you purchase this item, the seller is very supportive. The tumbler is packaged with care. I bought my tumblers (I bought two) as a gift for someone and they loved them! I'm a bit jealous and might purchase them for myself 😄. Everything about this product it glass, including the straws! I have spent quite sometime on Amazon searching for a cute, durable, and hygienic cup as such. I have found that many similar products sold on Amazon have a wood or wooden-like cover. While I wished to indulge in those items, I found through many reviews the covers grew mold. I highly recommend this purchase! On a sliding scale, I gift it a 10/10. For those of you who did purchase, I hope you are enjoying your ColoVie Tumblers out there!

Colvin glass straws break easily. Also, Ordered 2 different colors, one orange one magenta & received 2 glass straws but only one colored silicon straw mouthpiece in orange

This cup is absolutely great for the price. Nice size, perfect my iced coffee! The cup itself is packaged nice and secure. USE CAUTION opening, the glass straw is just sent loose in the box, and when you go to take the cup out it’s hard to see and you will pull it out with the cup and it will likely fall. Mine shattered, I was so sad. Amazon made it right and sent a replacement, which was packaged the exact same way, so open carefully!

This cup is so cute and works great. The lid is plastic with is nice and easy to clean. You can use a straw or just drink out it. My daughter is a barista and all the people she works with won’t one too

I have had my cup for about 6 months now and use it religiously for iced coffe/iced chai and love it...unfortunately they arent as durable as i would like. I shattered the bottom of the cup today puttin ice in it for my usual iced coffee and had to toss it. Great cups just be sure to use caution when putting ice in it, slide the ice in instead of dropping it. i would buy again tho and just be more careful.

Absolutely great cup! Love the grip band which comes in handy for hot or cold drinks. Exactly as described and is easy to clean. Get many compliments on it and would make a great gift or bridal party gifts. Love it!!

I loved it so much I bought a second one. However , the second one was not packaged like the first one. It didn’t break but my first one came with two glass straws nicely wrapped. The second one the straw fell out when I took the glass out. It wasn’t wrapped and luckily it didn’t break! But I still only have one straw.

I was pleasantly surprised with packaging and how secure it was packed. It’s perfect have used it hot and cold. It’s not too big it’s the right size on ice or hot beverage.
