Hello friends,I'm going to describe why I'm giving this product five stars.First Star - The package actually delivered a day early. No damages to the product, and everything was included the way it was described. The fitness tracker was in a new condition, charger and manual included as well. Exactly how you would expect your package to arrive. On time and perfect condition!Second Star - The quality of the fitness tracker is amazing. I have actually used the Fitbit Alta before, and it feels like wearing one, except for only less than $35! The rubber band is really comfortable to wear. I wore the fitness tracker during my workout on a hot California day and it did not irritate my skin. My wrist became a little sweaty but that is normal due to the weather and the activity. Great stuff!Third Star - The manual comes in English text, another reviewer complained about that but I didn't have any problems. The steps were really easy to follow. I actually recommend everyone to spend at least five minutes to read the manual and follow the steps. It will save a lot of time in the long run, you won't get caught up and worried about how to use the fitness tracker. Read the manual = save time!Fourth Star - After following the steps by the manual, I had the fitness tracker synced and running within less than 8 minutes. After I setup the tracker, I got a text from my friend and the tracker notified me by vibrating which I thought was really cool. This will save the hassle for taking out your phone from your pocket/purse/backpack to check messages. The app is pretty straightforward. Again, I would recommend taking time in order to become familiar with the app. The only complaint I have about the app is that I wish there was a way to change the background picture for the graph. I like to have the UI be simple/minimalistic. The background picture in the app makes it difficult to see your steps/bar graph.FIfth Star - Customer service is great! They follow up with you in order to make sure that you have 100% Satisfaction. I really like that because there are times when an item is damaged and you need to get support from the seller etc. so they cover that up for you and make sure that you're a happy customer!Overall, great tracker, I recommend it to everyone to try it out and see for yourself. In the end, you have fitness tracker and leftover saved up money ;)Comment below if you have any questions!

The watch looked very nice. It is sleek and the color purple is nice. I wanted it because it can calculate swimming. I was much disappointed to find everything in Chinese. The app was not certified by Android. It could not be downloaded through the Andriod Playstore. Rather it was an outside site that gave many warning against downloading. Thus the watch is not usable. I am sending it back.If the seller would fix these issues it may be a great watch.
