Lost a Horse Shoe?
When my horse would play too hard in pasture with his buddies and pull a shoe, these were easy to apply directly to the hoof to protect it from chipping. Lasted a long time -- for extra protection put some Elastikon tape on it (just not directly on the hoof), to extend the life of the cover until your farrier arrives. I had one last a full 5 days and my farrier was happy the hoof was in good condition.

Great Product
No more duck tape! I have been fighting an abscess and laminitis on my 22 yr old gelding and these are a life saver! so much quicker and easier than duck tape. I did find placing a few cuts in the corners makes them adhere better to the hoof, not as much "gapping" . He is still on stall rest but they last!

Does not stick well to hoof
Does not stick well to hoof. I used over vet wrap and worked well. More wear resistant than duct tape. Pretty expensive though for amount you get. Would be ok for occasional use but way too costly for long term.

So easy to use!
If you have ever had to use duct tape to wrap your horses hooves, you need to try these. I love how easy they are to apply. The stick on wrap is perfect for my horse. They stay on well and are easy to remove. The price is fair when you compare the cost of duct tape. Time saved in application adds value, too.

Pads work well but sellers will short you
The pack n stick hoof tape works as described. Be aware the EqiFit 6 pack is 6 pairs. Most of the sellers here are only giving you 3 pairs. And who knows if they are genuine EqiFit because there is no branding.

Size
This needs to be bigger. My horse is a 1 shoe in the front and an 0 in the hind and they are too small! It would work great it it was just a little bit bigger.

So much easier than duct tape for hoof abscesses or injuries!
The media could not be loaded. My mare got a deep wound just above her coronet band in a trailering mishap. She needs to be bandaged with a hoof-abscess-like wrap for several weeks. The vet school uses these wraps and wow are they great! Elasticon and these wraps replace the clumsy duct tape contraptions I’ve used in the past!

The tape is too thin for protection and not sticky enough to stay on
I have a horse with a clubby foot and a rotated coffin bone and I have to protect the soul of the foot. I've been using duct tape and that can get cumbersome. I thought I would try this sticky tape hoof protection and it doesn't work. The tape is too thin and it isn't sticky enough to stay on the foot. It didn't even last through the night
