Pretty Little Liars: The Complete Series Set [DVD]

When I first received this in the mail, I was a little nervous giving it to my friend for his birthday. I immediately contacted Amazon about it because a different review said that the seasons were opened and had scratches. Amazon only gave me the option to return this gift or exchange it. I decided to take my chances. Today my friend received it and as soon as he opened the box he was confused as to why the second season was the only one wrapped in plastic. The others looked used and open. Not only that, they had wear and tear. One of the seasons even has a digital code but it expired in 2014. This boxed set was released in 2017 so I'm so confused why it would be included? I feel like this box set was rushed and poorly made. I cannot believe for the price point they expect fans to be happy. My friend is such a huge Pretty Little Liars fan, and he was disappointed. I feel so embarrassed knowing I spent this amount just to look like I gifted a used item to someone.

For this amount of money you expect a higher level of quality control. My boxset came wrapped and once unwrapped I noticed that only one season was wrapped(season 2) while all the others were open with with loose dics and some were scratched due to being loose. I am at a loss as to how only one season came wrapped while the others looked used and just tossed in. When I pre-ordered this it was said that the condition of this boxset was brand new and what I got was clearly not brand new. I plan to return this and not even try for another boxset, all I want at this point is my money back.

After tussling for DAYS awaiting 2 day "guaranteed" delivery, when it finally gets here: the lips don't match the voices. I've tried it on two different DVD players and it's always the same. Very distracting, not to mention irritating!!UPDATE: 3.11.20 Now that I have viewed them all, I have to take away another "star." The last disc in Series 5 did not play at all, and the box set for Season 6 was clearly used, as the plastic cover was ripped. Very disappointing!

Everything was great, it Arrived on time. Nothing was damaging. Only season two was in plastic wrapped. So far I watched the first season, when I got to season 2 the 6th disc it said pretty little liars. But when I went to play the disc it was a complete different show. So I don’t understand how that happened . I went through and check all of them and the rest was fine it was just that one disc.

My daughter love this series. It came on time and in great condition. I would recommend buying this as a gift.

was super hesitant to buy this for this much money when the reviews are great, but I don't know what they're talking about. Mine came in great condition and all the episodes on all the discs are perfect, would 100% recommend to a pll fan!!!

The DVDs weren't all in place minor scratch

I also purchased series 7 because the add stated it was 1-6 series set. It arrived the complete 7 series. Now I have to return #7.

This set showed up on time without any problems, movies for the wife, not something I would watch

I haven’t discovered any issues with the discs, the only complaint is that the cases were slightly damaged. All discs appear to be unscathed.

Of course the show is great fun. Disappointing that the box was damaged on 2 corners and one of the season boxes has the insides broken to hold disks.

Package came sealed but the box on season 2 is a bit damaged haven’t watched any yet so don’t know how the discs work yet some sleight Little scratches on some of the discs
