Very effective at decreasing my back pain. Easy to adjust. Messy. Saliva builds up and can pour out of the unit. Inexpensive.

I have breathing issues due to a nerve injury.. this really makes you strain to inhale, which is good when trying to “strengthen “ your Lungs. Overall I like it..Side note: WEIRDLY, I also recently have gotten Panic attacks (due to injury) and I grab this and it helps (it’s calming.. very odd, probably just me…😂)Worth mentioning though ✌🏻

I used the product as directed, however a month after buying it, the device broke. I can’t open the device but the exhale valve seems to have failed and is stuck on a much harder setting. Would not recommend.

I have been noticing that I get short of breath doing minor activity. The stairs especially, and our home is 3 floors. I've had all tests and they showed nothing was wrong. I bought this in hopes of expanding my ability to take in and release more air. It worked for a week or so then fell apart. I should have spent a little more money on a better quality.
