Does the bike come assembled or is it 85% assembled?

I'd say 98%. It is shipped inside a box that the bike is zip tied to a disposable steel frame for transport. You have to put on the front tire. Handlebars, stickers, front fender. You need to know basic tool skills and how things bolt and screw together. For me and my son it was easy. We built 2 in about 4 hours. 2nd bike goes faster.
