Product is nice , sturdy mechanism is perfect but wooden plate has not wooden polish so look dull..otherwise ok

The iron ring got detached from the wood as the screws fell off while unpacking the product. The screws are so tiny that we couldn't not even fix the screws back, this rendered the product unusable

I was so excited to receive my lazy Susan as I have needed one for a long time. When it arrived, it came missing two small screws, so doesn’t turn. It’s such a pain to return the item so going to find small screws and fix it. Not exactly an ideal situation, especially for the price…
