I am unsure. I used it for painting

No, the material is strong, but they are use once and dispose

Q: Need it for outside in florida. Is it warm?

Doable. Super light but will get warm. However, if it breathed anymore, it wouldn’t repel the paint as well. Trade off.

Q: I'm 5'7". 150lbs. Should I get a Medium?

Because of your height, especially, I think you need something a little larger. When stooping and bending you will need the extra room.
