Very comfortable to wear. Numbs the pain in shoulders.

I use this for a quick cooldown when working outside in the summer. It has been a great compliment to my chill towel on really hot days. I just pack it in my cooler with my chill towel and vole, a cooling relief on a really hot day. I'm sure it will work great for athletic relief also since it is really easy to slip on and stays cool for at least 15 minutes outside in 90+ temps.Great product with many uses.

I like how it isn't really stiff after being in freezer for a long time.Kept cool for at least 30 minutes.I don't like how it isn't longer and more weighted on the shoulder part. Also how when you snap it together it is right up on your throat.

One of the most efficient purchases I made this year.At the age of 72 I took on a full time job doing abstracting on computer 8 hours a day. This really brought relief in the first weeks of getting back to work. It is perfectly made and comfortable.

Highly recommend this product. It was purchased this for neck and shoulder issues and it works great. The material side is nice as I don't have to always have a towel slipping and sliding. Other uses: I've found with a recent hip replacement, this has made my recovery much more comfortable. Sets alongside my incision and covers areas above and below. I've been using it several times a day for non-medicinal approach to pain relief. I've also used it for the occasional knee issues, too. And, I've used it heated for low back pain.

The seams are sharp and scratchy neck. It also produces a lot of condensation, more than any ice pack I've used, and it drips down my back. It doesn't make great contact either because it's so stiff and lightweight and the buttons don't hold it tightly on the neck or back. It's a good price though.

I have neck and rotator cuff post-surgical pain and this product has helped me cope with extreme pain. The soft side is perfect for providing comfortable hot and cold therapy. I highly recommend this product, it's the best hot/cold therapeutic on the market.

Perfect size, put in freezer and the material is extremely comfortable, excellent value. My fiance is 5'3" 100 pounds, it fits her just as well as me and I weigh twice as much.
