Relaxed fit is much too wide for my foot. Is the narrow more like a B/med. width in other brands?

I would like to know the answer as well. Skechers has changed styles even to stretch fabric, the old 8 1/2 Med. was perfect, but not any more!

Is it true to its size?

I ordered my usual size and the Sketchers were a perfect fit.

Are the insoles removable?

yes you can remove them if you need to wear orthodics or whatever.
