Leviton LVS-1W Low Voltage Pushbutton Station, 1 Button-On/Off, 1 Gang, White

My reason for buying this product is I'm finishing my basement and would like to have multiple zones of 12V LED strip lights. I wanted to control each zone independent of each other and would like to do it from a single gang wall switch. From the description this looks perfect.Should have listened to the first reviewer. However I though 1.5 years later they would have fixed the terrible instructions. Nope, they are still bad. They describe what their codes are near the screw terminals and thats about it. They don't include a wiring diagram. All they have is a picture showing wires coming out the gang box and into the switch. No description on why or what the wires are connected to. Every other switch I've installed had great instructions and wiring diagrams. All my lights were up and running within minutes of opening the box. I worked through it and within 20 minutes I had a strip light working! I was excited I was able to get it to work despite the horrible instructions.Once I got over the excitement that this could be solution I quickly realized the lights only stayed on when the button was held down. WTF!?!?! I reread the instructions and they describe this as a "momentary switch". One that only works while the button is depressed. So who wants a switch that only works as you hold it down? Who was this made for and what is the use case. The amazon description never said anything about it being momentary.I was able to get over the terrible instructions, but I need my lights to stay on when I'm on the other side of the room. No thanks leviton! Swiftly signed on to amazon to get this piece of junk out of the house and my money back.

The switch does what it supposed to do send power to relay to turn on and down to turn lights off . It works along with relays and contactors on the previous reviews all you needed was a regular switch

Remarkably poor product with remarkably poor documentation and absolutely no support from the manufacturer. Would have sent them back, but this is a real hassle with Amazon so I ended up just throwing them out. Would not buy any more Leviton products.....I am switching the houses and businesses to all Philips products - which have excellent customer support and which are also made with much better quality.
