50 Great Songs!
Easy to read, easy to use. Folds open and stays open due to the spiral binding. Highly recommended.

The book was in excellent condition!
I bought this book because I am teaching myself to play ukulele and I wanted to play songs I knew. This book delivers! There was only one song out of the 50 that I didn't know so that was awesome. The songs are very basic -hence the title of the book- but as I learn the Travis picking pattern and a few ornamental notes, I will be able to build on the basic chords and notes provided and so that's all good. Very pleased with the purchase, very pleased with the condition the book is in and if it is not apparent- I am very pleased.

Good
Bought it and found many songs in internet. On this book no tabs. But that’s still a good book.

easy to use
I like the fact that is spiral bound and lays flat when i use it. several of the books i have bought are paperback bound and you have to almost break it's back to get it to lay flat. The chord is illustrated above each chord change instead of just the chord name.

Great Selection of Songs for Uke
Easy to read, a good size is easy on the eyes. Simple to play and still sound like a pro. Strongly recommended for any beginning to intermediate player.

it's contains the best selection of likable and varied easy ukelele songs I've ...
Even though this collection has a few titles that don't interest me, it's contains the best selection of likable and varied easy ukelele songs I've purchased. Contains some more contemporary music (instead of just the folk classics), such as Leonard Cohen's Hallelujah and Joni Mitchell's Both Sides Now, plus Dylan's Mr. Tamborine Man, John Lennon's Imagine, all with chords that are mostly easy for beginners, plus a few challenging new chords thrown in for fun. I've enjoyed trying to do a bit of picking with these songs, not great, but a start at expanding beyond strumming. This book is not an instruction book, though. It's strictly songs. Actually, I wish there were more of these easy song collection books available. Highly recommend this book for somebody like me who's just starting out and is tired of Bill Bailey and Streets of Laredo, not that there's anything wrong with those......lol.

I really wanted to love this book, but you can't play more than one verse
I'm primarily a vocalist, learning ukulele so I can accompany myself and/or lead others in singing. I saw that other reviewers had commented on only one verse being in the music charts, and the rest being added at the end, but I didn't figure it mattered much. But...it really does. If you want to sing along (or lead sing-alongs) having lyrics with no chords at the end of the song doesn't make one lick of sense. It's not like it's even saving paper as it's the same number of horizontal lines taking up page space either way. So while the song list is nice and most are pretty easy to play, this is still the last book I reach for when I'm practicing.

Great beginner book
This is a great book for beginners picking up the uke. Good range of songs - possibly aimed at me (mid-40s). Range from very easy to tricky - like the fact that it shows you the starting note to get started in the right key.

Tolles Buch
Tolles Buch! Viele Gassenhauer aus diversen Genres. Für jeden Geschmack ist etwas dabei. Super ist auch, dass die Akkordgriffe über den Songs abgebildet sind. Das ist toll für Einsteiger, die noch nicht so griffsicher sind.
